I wish insurance companies were more reasonable than they are. I often hear clients say that the person that was reviewing our case or helping them seems to be very nice and really wanted to get you with working with them and we’d like to believe that if they just provide more bit of information that everything would be fine. And unfortunately when that happens if a person is denied on an appeal, that sometimes prevents an attorney to be able to go back and stack the deck in their favor before lawsuit is filed.
