Usually this is simple common sense things to respond to my phone calls or correspondence and to co-operate by discussing the case with me, especially at critical junctures. Secondly, a person is wise to follow the advice of their attorney and there are certain points during a case when I will need to meet with my client and talk about the options that are available. Usually it is a matter of choice, a number of options can often work, but you simply need to co-operate and carefully consider your attorney’s recommendations.
